Vaillant VR65 + switchmaster cylinder thermostat wiring

I've fitted a new VR65 into my system to make the most of my vaillant ecotech plus 415 boiler, but cant fathom how I connect up my existing cylinder thermostat to the VR65.

I have 3 cables from my thermostat (4 including the earth)

But the VR65 only has 2 ports for the Cylinder wiring...

any help appreciated. 3 port valve wired to VR65 as per Vaillant instructions and I have a VR392 controller attached to the eBus too.
