Hello Everyone,

I'm new to this board and I wonder if you can help with the following enquiry, please?

We had a new boiler fitted earlier this year, a Vaillant ecoFIT pure with a Vaillant timeSWITCH 150 and VRT50 thermostat. Since last night, for some reason we have not been able to lower the VRT50 thermostat below 18.5 degrees C. by turning the control know anti-clockwise, although it will increase temperature settings by turning clockwise.

Everything else seems to be in order with the boiler itself and no signs of faults.

Any help much appreciated!

Many thanks in advance and best regards,

Paul Dudman

I seem to remember that there is a setting that allows you to choose the minimum temperature that can be selected. The instructions should tell you how to do it.
