vailliant S.53 or 5.53

Hi all,


I got an vailliant eco boiler and the CH works all fine no problem at all it seems but when I use the HW the boiler will go in S.53(5.53 on display) and the water from the shower / tab will just go cold again.


in the manual it states S.53 appliance is within the waiting period of the operation block function due to water shortage(vl-rl spread too big)

does this basicly mean that the flow out sensor measures less flow than the input sensor?

Only a gas reg person should have opened up the boiler like that because the cover forms the room sealing.

The advice would be to get it checked for safety by an engineer.
