Valley "leak" issues on house

Hello all

My house is around 15 years old. It has a tiled roof with "breathable" membrane underneath and an open dry ridge system.

My Roof has a gable side perpendicular to the main length of the house. I noticed inside the loft recently, that the peak of where the two valleys meet, where the gable side meets the main roof appeared to be leaking. I could see some wetness on timbers in that area directly under the ridge (gable ridge no has no ventilation gap), and also black marks (mostly in lines running downwards) on the membrane. Sometimes the felt is a little moist to touch on these dark areas.

I initially thought it had to be a leak, and water was getting under the valleys and running down each side, causing the black line on the membrane all the way down. Then also some onto the centre valley woodwork.

I have had a roofer come out who wanted to fit a lead saddle to the outside apex where the valleys meet, the issue seemed to continue so another roofer fitted a bigger lead saddle to that whole top area.

I checked again today and can still feel some small moisture on those darker areas of the membrane. It's got me to think, is it even a leak. Could it be condensation around these valleys because they are colder than other areas? Should i even be able to feel moisture on the inside of the membrane if it was a rain leak getting onto the outside of the membrane? Do the black marks mean moisture/mould from inside?

Here is a picture of one side of the valley from inside (other side looks similar), and one showing the setup from outside (a saddle has already been installed here now since the photo was taken)

Do any of you more knowledgeable souls have any idea?
