Boiler fires on dhw demand and reachs 78 degrees on display and shuts down then fires again when drops a few degrees then shuts down. No heat at all on flow out of boiler so diveter ok but only luke warm water and soft water area? Is plate exchager sludged and which cleaner best if removed or would you recomend replacing
