Brought the Gas fire about 5yrs ago from B&q, given us no trouble up untill now...We had a quick look and can see that the tip pf pilot is not reaching the thermo bit...I've found the model no...asbove, but trying to buy a part to replace this is becoming a problem...was also going to change the thermo whilst apart ....can anyone help...cheers Ada

It is against the forum rules to give gas advice. Fires are potentially dangerous, and presumably you haven't had it serviced. You could end up paying more for the wrong bits than having a RGI do the work properly.
