Hi trying to get this cap off to take radiator off wall. It dosent twist or move. Any special way of getting it off thanks

Impossible to tell from that angle, can you take a photo of the head end-on?

It looks to me like a decorative cap. If so, it should just pull straight off. Exposing a shaft with spanner flats.

Try prising the top of the cap off to see if there is a screw there holding it on.
