Alltech rad valve -cannot remove plastic end cover !

Apolgies for a basic question. but the plastic end cover on the valve -by Alltech
will not come off.

i seen similar caps that just lift off but ive tried everything pulling ,twisting,it just
wont move.

any ideas?

It's screwed down. You need to prise the top off with a small screwdriver, then undo the screw underneath
