I have removed a radiator that is (for now) unwanted/unused to free up the wall space. I have capped off the TRV with a maintenance cap and closed the lockshield (standard 15mm angle valves) but want to cap the rad side of the valves as well.

I assume that I want one of these:

but not sure of size. Also, does it come with a washer or do i need to fit one? Any other tips on fitting?

TIA

The size of the blanking cap nut is 1/2 ich bsp thread ,or 3/4 inch bsp. Depends on your valves.
They come with a rubber blind washer usually ,but not always. Depends on the supplier. Screwfix's for instance are included.
