Hey all
We have thick concrete floor in the garage & are converting it to habitable accommodation. We have stabilised that there is already plastic sheeting under the slab. Plan is to put 50mm of Insulation (Rockwool RW3/5 is our choice to provide sound damping as well) followed by two staggered layers of 12mm plywood & then glue down the laminate floor to that.
Presumably the vapour control plastic sheeting goes on the warm side of the insulation ie on top of it?
Many thanks
