Varilight touch & remote control dimmers

i have installed the reomote dimmers throught the house which works fine except ..... the one in the lounge seems to pick up some signal from the tv and switches the lights on and back off randomly whilst the tv is switched on !! I have tried covering/blocking the swith from the tv whilst the tv is switched on and it works fine then.

anyone had any similar problems + any solutions??
