can any one help me to identify the fault on my turbo diesel vectra 07 aircon when i switch the aircon on the compressor is not engaging on the clutch i checked the feed to the clutch and their is no power to it so it wont energise the clutch and i checked the relevant fuse but still no power to the clutch AM I MISSING SOMETHING any help appreciated baz

If there is not enough gas in the system the low pressure switch will prevent the the clutch from opperating. It may just need re-gasing or you could have a leek that will need to be fixed first.
