Hi my 02 1.9D Vivaro has started just cutting out. Just before it does die it gives out a nasty rattle then just cuts out. It usually soon starts up again without any rattle, then runs ok. Also when driving and dip clutch to change gear when approaching a junction the engine does not idle but cuts out, the first light to light is the glow plug lamp. Usually worse when cold but not only when cold. Happens if you dip clutch to see if faulty when coming up to a junction. This gives me time to jump start . Also when driving over a speedbumb or over some holes on the road. Any advice??
