Trying to fix my daughter's Vax. The power cable has got trodden on and the power cuts out intermittently.

I have removed a load of screws but can not seem to remove the motor casing to access the cable entry point (2nd photo).

Photos attached. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

I fix vacuums as one of my hobbies and even same manufacturer & style can be different & frustrating, double check all the screw holes you can see and check any labels (I run a retracted biro over them, if needed use a sharp knife to carefully peel back the label, enabling refixing after) also look behind/under any wheels(even the small front runners), if its an upright sometimes screws only visible if handle is in fully lowered position, sadly nowadays to make assembly easier(quicker) snap fit is being used so you may need to prise apart and risk breaking a tab or two.
