Velux and cold draft

I installed Velux double glazed windows about 10 years ago and when you sit under them you can feel a cold down draft. I plan to install Velux windows in my kitchen, would triple glazed stop this cold draft or would there not be much difference compared to the latest double glazed versions.

Without being there to check for gaps and such like its impossible to tell, it could just as easily be convection giving the impression of draughts!

Thanks crank39, it's not caused by gaps. Caused by convection, happy to pay extra for triple glazed it if stops it or makes a big difference .
