Hi,
Have some damage on the outer frames of velux windows. In discussion with the builders on repair or replace as looks likely they are at fault by either installing product when already damaged or having damaged whilst doing the rest of building work.
Is removal of the frames difficult? Are we likely to need plaster repairs around the window?
