Hi I'm after some advice on this job that has just been completed.
Firstly i only paid hakf the quote due to them damaging the window frame on installation. However my question is the tiling around the velux. Its looks a bit shocking. Will this be water tight? Also i think the window is just slightly off the bubble so makes me think its not quite in straight. The window was placed in a dish that was historically in the roof so that might explain the slight rise in the tiles?

Thanks. Tbf to the installer i contacted them and mentioned I was unhappy with the finish. They mentioned tile and halfs and will come back and do that. Not sure why they didn't just do it then.

Well if you can get some tile & half's to match then that would be the way to go! if not then it might look a lot worse.

Yeah if they put new tile and halfs in im guessing it will stand out a mile?
