Velux window fitting costs? + tradesmen recommendations

How much, roughly, I am looking at for getting a tradesman to fit a velux window?

Window size is approx 1.8 X 0.78 meters.
Situated in top floor landing.
Surrounding area will need sorting as well as its the original victorian frame/window thats in at the moment & pretty much rotten.

manchester area. Anyone have any recommended tradesmen?
