Vents in cedar cladding

Hi all, i'm cladding my house in cedar cladding & will have to have the vents from Bathroom/Kitchen extractor fans venting out of the cladding. Does any body know where i can buy 100mm cedar extractor vent covers? the plastic ones that come with the extractor fan really show up - have spent all afternoon Googling it. But can't find anything.. Am tempted to have a go at making some with off-cuts? but frankly havent a clue how..?

Thats deff the best so far ... but cladding is very pale.

place the vent over the top and build a bird house to disguise the vent
