Veritas alarm keypad

Please can someone advise. I came home from holiday and one of the alarm keypads only certain numbers and settings worked. Do I need to replace the full keypad unit or can I just replace the actual keypad?? Thanks.

If you search on ebay for DCA-0015, you will find a replacement buttons and membrane kit.

I will declare I am listed on there and I am the only one that includes both membranes, the straight membrane for the remote keypads and the kinked membrane for the panels with the built in keypad. All are the same price.
