Veritas Excel Part-Set Problem

I can't speak for mistakes without seeing wiring and programming options.

I am not aware of any such issue on 3.22 firmware, if you had a usbcom lead you could use the Veritas UDL software to verifiy the programming of the panel, only possible on R8+ and Excel variants.

I think I'll draw stumps - at least for the time being. I can't see anything wrong with my wiring or settings so it's probably best to leave it a while and come back to it with a fresh pair of eyes in a few weeks. At which point I hope it'll dawn on me where I have gone wrong. I can live without the Part Set function so it's not as if it's completely non-functional.
