vibrating cold water pipes.

the pipes on my cold water are vibrating, this just started doing it two days ago, and the only way to stop it is to turn any of the cold water taps on in the house.
I have reduced the water pressure and that does reduce the vibrating, but the vibrating is still there only quieter,
anyone got any idea where the problem is.

Check to see if the ball valve is operating properly into your cold water tank. might need replacing or cleaning
