I am experiencing (well not actually me personally!) a nasty vibration the copper expansion pipe from the pressure valve up to the expansion tank when the hot taps only are turned on. It lasts about 5 seconds and accompanies a visible change in the water pressure until it regulates itself. The pressure regulating valve is set a 3.5 bar and the pressure is steady at mains pressure which is 3 bar. The pipe is securing clipped the wall vertically and the connection to the vessel is through the flexible braided hose.

It has only started since the expansion vessel was replaced as the last one lost pressure which resulted in a occasional overflow through the tundish to outside.
HELP!!!
What in jeepers is causing this and what can be done?
