Vibrating Sound From Water Heater

Thought I best show a video of the problem, sometimes it happens not every time but when I use the water sometimes this happens, vibrating the floor and walls, really loud!

is it something I could possibly repair myself?

which part of the boiler is needing replaced and how much do you think it would cost to repair?

should I get it done ASAP is it dangerous (risk of flooding etc?)

I think its just a standard immersion heater type?

I can try to take some photos of it if that would help?

IF it JUST happens after flushing toilet change the ball valve in toilet .
Its worn valve causing water hammer
