Victorian refurb - Insulation for flat roof void ?

Hello

I am refurbishing a Victorian terraced house.

At first floor I have a flat roof over one of the bedrooms.
I decided to remove the ceiling as this was lathe and plaster and in poor shape.

What depth of insulation do I need to install in the flat roof void ?
What U value do I need to achieve.
