viessmann boiler hot water problems

Hi, I have a Viessmann 100, I know how to turn the taps on to build the pressure up, currently sits just below 1. I have hot water in the kitchen and the main bathroom, but lukewarm in the en suite. When I turn the taps on to increase pressure, the needle doesnt move and i cant hear water flowing in. what is wrong thanks?

if you have hot water at 2 out of three outlets why do you assume the boiler is faulty by trying to increase the pressure? its a pipework issue. passing non return valve. pressure reducing valve missing etc etc. get someone in.
