Minor settlement has caused the render to crack on the front of our 1920s house. I'm thinking of applying something called FlexiRend after opening up the cracks, inserting mesh to strengthen, and refilling with sand/cement mix.

Trouble is, I've never used the product before. It's supposed to flex with slight movement and not crack. But does it? And how easy is it to apply? Advice would be much appreciated. See this for technical stuff: http://www.netweber.co.uk/renders-d...d-synthetic-finishes/flexirend-highbuild.html
