Villeroy & Boch soft close cylinders

Hi all

Cylinder is leaking on a v&b soft close toilet seat. New set is about 70 quid! Anyone know if there any compatible ones I can use? (eg cheaper ones)?

Branded sanitary spares tend to be expensive. You may be able to find a complete seat that will fit but for something decent, you may well be getting close to, or above, that price. If its a specific size/shape for the toilet, you are probably stuck with buying original equipment.

Just updating thread: I noticed that Duravit cylinders looked uncannily similar to the ones on my V&B Architectura seat. Lo and behold they were less than half the price and fit perfectly.
