visonic powermax complete kit private tele number set up

I recently installed the powermax complete kit.I can able to activate the alaram by phone but the problem is iam not getting any call when alaram triggered. I put four private numbers (i.e:0780-----)as well but still not working.
Other thing is i dont know how to add door contact to the powemax complete kit.I tried to add the door contact like other moment sensors but it doesnt work.
Please let me know experts.

The built in dialler seems simple, i went through a quick guide found by searching online I eould go through the process chances are you have missed something regarding out bound messages.

Go through through learn process again, if you stil having issues get back, may be a faulty device.
