Visonic Powermax control panel siren not working

As above, recently had a Powermax fitted, and the other night the external bell box sounded (false alarm we think) but the internal 1 never sounded, but it definately did when the installer fitted it. Hes away for a couple of weeks on holiday so I cant get him round to look at it, is it easy to see if its switched off?

Also, how hard is it to read the memory as it has an 'alarm in memory' from Thursday night, but i cant remember how to scroll through to check

Not normally a problem as my installer lives 2 doors down and I see him most days

There are two buttons above the keypad. The one on the right if you repeatedly press will step back through the events in your memory. Usually marked OK or with an enter arrow depending which version you have.

Do you know how to check if the internal siren is muted? The control panel still talks to me when arming/disarming, but clearly didnt sound when triggered last week?

You need to access the installer menu and it's panel options piezo siren on or off
