My 'pre purchase' question relates to the SMD427 PG2 Smoke & Heat detector but presumably also applies to the other option(s) they do.
Do you know if it's possible to configure this system so that when the detector triggers, the smoke alarm sounds - and as the panel contains a GSM module a text would be handy - but not the external siren?
i.e. so if I burn the dinner, the whole street doesn't know about it?
Reading the install guides on the detector and also the panel (Visonic PowerMaster 10) I'm struggling to find an definite answer.
