Just discovered an icon for vistaclean1 which I didn't know I had. Any ideas what this is please?

Cannot find anything definite about it on Google.
Have you downloaded any updates recently or any other software?
Right click the icon and scan with each security software, in turn, that is in the context menu.
Right click the icon and click Properties. In the Shortcut Tab, what does it say in the 'Target' box?
Click Find Target and see if any of the icons gives you a clue as to what it is.
Is it in Start -> All Programs list. If so click it and see if there is an uninstaller. Click the uninstaller and remove it.
