I have a van here, that just refuses to start. On the dash, all the lights go out except the "STOP" and the "Charge" or Battery light when I turn the engine over. I have disconnected the fuel line to the filter, and turned the engine over. No fuel is appearing. I know this sounds stupid, but I guess its not starting becuase it isnt getting fuel. Is there a way to test the fuel pump. Where is the pump fuse. I have opened the box under the header tank, and there are relays and fuses there, but I dont have any ID of what is in which position. Can somebody tell me whdere the fuel pump is located??. Is it common for the pump just to pack up.??
Regards and thanks in advance for any help you guys can give me...

Yes they can, but it may be the fuse as you said or the pump relay. Unfortunately I don't know the location of these items in your van. If all else fails you may get a cheap Haynes manual on E-Bay.

You may find it's location is in the fuel tank but check the fuse and relay first.
As already advised, obtain a manual.
