Have to guess - probably:
Motorised valve - if it has 3 pipes then motor needs replacing. If 2 x 2 pipe MV's then it's the one for the CH. Whichever, if you move the lever to the MAN position your radiators will get warm when hot water is heating.
Move boiler tharmostat down and HW thermostat right UP to keep radiators warm until MV fixed.
