my vokera 24e boiler has a red light on front, red light keeps coming on when this occurs heating goes off but pump still going. hot water also goes cold. if i press red light heater resets and comes on again! what can i do to rectify this?

I am not able to think which model this will be if its not a linea 24.
Presumably the red light is a failure to ignite. This could be caused by several things, one of which is a sticky gas valve.
Since most of the likely causes are gas or safety related than its likely that you need a competent CORGI registered engineer.

thanks fore reply, but no problem with ignition, light just comes on when it feels like it! any advice where i can pick up manual for this boiler?[/b]
