The heating has been off and drained for some weeks in my mother in laws flat. I have reconnected and filled the boiler. There is hot water but the heating automatically cuts out after a couple of minutes. The Drayton SM1 control has a red LED showing. Could this be the problem or is thee likely to be a problem with the boiler
