Wondering if anyone can help.
I have a Vokera Combi boiler and the hot water aspect is working fine.
We have not had it on for ages, and now the weather is colder, we decided to turn it on to test it (also due to the fact that i am 35 weeks pregnant) We wanted to make sure it worked before the littlen arrives.

Basically, when it is switched to the water mode - It works perfectly.

When we switch it to both the heating and water, - nothing works at all. The flame doesnt ignite, the water doesnt heat up, etc.

Any suggestions, or should i just call the plumber straight out??

Thanks

If you have not had it on for ages then I suspect the diverter valve which moves back and forth between HW and CH is stuck at HW

Hold on.

Not all boilers have diverter valves.

Lets start at the beginning

First things first. What model is it. Vokera what?

This boiler has no diverter valve , your problem will be something to do with the external controls, ie clock roomstat etc

Not much more i can help you with without being in front of the boiler.

Sorry.

Good luck with the baby. :D
