Vokera Compact 24 No Hot Water

Hope someone can help. I have a vokera compact 24 when I try to run the hot tap the boiler sounds to run but after 20 seconds or so it trips out, the red light comes on constant and produces no hot water. Any suggestions would be great!

Oki so I've changed the primary thermister and it's still the same. The when I run hot water or central heating the boiler starts but it doesn't sound like the burner fires then get the solid red light!

If anyone can help at all it would be a big help!
