Vokera compact 24

Hi Guys,
I have just replaced the heat exchanger on my vokera compact24, due to corossion. since then, when I put it onto heating it goes through the ignition process, lights then after about 10 seconds burner goes out. Hot water works no problems so flue clear, pump is pumping ok. Please can someone help.

Are both heating isolating valves open underneath the boiler?

Yes, both valves are open, the rads near to the boiler are heating up x3 but the others are not bled all of the ones not heating but I just think its not getting the time to pump around the full system. All was ok upto changing the heat exchanger.

Have you bled the pump screw?

What colour was the system water?

Who told you to replace the main heat exchanger and what for?

I replaced the HE because it had developed a leak from CW into heating side, when heating isolated pressure risen and came out of blow off. Water has been treated with inhibitor, I have bled pump screw.
