Vokera Compact 28SE losing pressure

Hi guys, so I've turned on hearing about 30 min ago and aux pipe is leaking. Pressure raised to 3 bars.
I had to refill again this morning as it was 0.5 bar.

Your expansion vessel needs recharging properly, I know you said it was done but it has not been done the correct way

Nope it is a rented property so call your letting agent to get someone that knows how to do it, lots of posts on how to do it in the Wiki on here but if you thought it could be done using the filling loop , not being cheeky but a little beyond your capabilities, (and the capabilities of so many so called gas engineers for some reason)

Fair enough, I understand what you mean. I get someone to look at it. Thanks.

You should not do anything to the boiler, it is your landlords property and their responsibility to engage A gas engineer to rectify the problem. You need to advise the landlord ,in writing ,that the escaping water is damaging the external decor of their property ,possibly other owners below.

That's sound like proper way of communication, thanks for this.
