vokera condensation

hi i have a vokera combi condensing boiler fitted in my house. all works fine pressure around 1 bar going up to 1.5 bar during heating. my problem is condensation forming on the expansion vessel inside the boiler. if fact so much condensation forms on the vessle it starts to drip down under the boiler. there are no other leaks and pressure in the system is good i dont need to refill the system. also pressure in the EV is 1bar as per the manual.. do i need to fit a bigger external expansion vessel.
any help with this would be good .. thanks
