my hot water runs fine but when i put heating on radiators only warm and are losing heat the further away from boiler

have you turned up the thermostat contrl on the boiler to max?

When was the boiler serviced last? How long did it take?

turned up thermostat control fully rads still only warm pumps running fine. i think its about 3years since it was serviced

Gerry, a service will get your boiler running like a swiss watch. Three years is a tad too long. Am surprised hot water delivery is not a problem with boiler service slipped that far.
