Vokera Excel 80SP

Could someone tell me how to repressure this model please. My tenant has been on the phone and tells me is operating at approx .5bar, and its not a boiler i know well.

He doesnt sweem to be describing anything I recognise underneath as per a baxi 105E which is what I normally have in other houses - and i,ll have to go out in the morning to fix it.

The filling loop is fitted by the installer and is nothing to do with the boiler model.

Maybe its hidden behind the washing machine? Boxed in or under the floor?
