Can any one tell me exactly what causes the pump flow switch spindle not to pull in , in dhw mode . Whilst c/h is ok.

It is some thing I come across and I believe its the ht/ex. Does it get blocked or can a a slight restriction cause this ?

Rather than changing the ht/ex does anyone have any other ways for sorting this out.


(This is after service kits and pumps been replaced.)
