Vokera -how do you remove the knob in the middle

I think ever one ever made does this. New knob a few quid, remove both pcb's to do the job, so need to be competent. The other knobs can also break though the middle one is usually first, replace all three for the cost of them while you have the pcb's apart.
Take digi pic of connections before you start. It is possible to get the power entry connector on the wrong way and make the earth live. It doesn't blow the board. Yes I did it once.
