I have a Vokera Line 24 and the central heating works fine but the hot water from the top is no longer hot. It comes warm for about 12 seconds and then goes cold until the boiler fires again and then the water will be warm for about 12 seconds, etc, etc. The temperature on the boiler goes up to 54 and then reduces again.
It's interesting that the flow and return pipes get warm ?, What is the problem Diverter Valve/Motor/ Sensors ???
