vokera linea 24 , hot water noise if flow is slow

Good Evening.

My "vokera linea 24" is still generally working well, However in the last 2 months it has been emanating a buzz/rumble noise from the back of the unit. This only happens when the hot water is being run at a a low flow rate. If a tap is on fully, there is no noise.
I have ensured the pressure is adequate.

I haven't found this fault on other forums Any suggestions??

Not a fault.

When the water is run slow, it is heating up more, basically the water is boiling inside your boiler

It could also be an incorrect gas setting or a failure of the temperature control mechanism.
