The pressure in my Linea 24 has dropped to 0.8 bar and I'm trying to refill it using the refill lever on the right hand side. The refill loop is attached and I've turned the lever 180 degrees but there's no corresponding increase in pressure. Doesn't sound like there's any water flowing into the system when I turn the lever either (although I can certainly hear water flowing through when turning a hot tap on).

Any ideas?

if you remove the filling loop does water come out below the 3-way tap on the right? assuming you have sufficient pressure to get above 0.8 bar.

im assuming you have the early version of the filling loop assy and dont have the additional tap on the left side. if so the non return valve directly after the filling loop could be faulty, or more likely the isolation valve that the non return valve connects to is blocked and not letting water into the system. you can try to unblock it by closing and opening the isolation valve a few times but be aware that this will often make them leak. not really a huge problem as chances are you will have to replace it anyway if its blocked.
