power to boiler was interupted, when the power was restored I used the reset switch to start up boiler sequence, but thre is no LED or green light.

I have checked the fuses in plug & next to the PCB all OK
I have also checked the spindle on the reset Knob that appears OK,
could the pump be at fault??the boiler clicks when you turn on the electric.
Still no LED or pilot indicator light.
