Vokera Linea 24 -now no DHW

I posted over a week ago about DHW not always being hot, now there is only a slight heat.
The CH works fine no issues. Turn on DHW tap and the temp guage goes to and stays at around 34c. Turn off tap and boiler temp goes to around 68c. No matter how long I run hot water tap the temp still stays around 34c so no DHW. The pressure guage is 1.5 bar and no leaks.
Can somone advise what is likely to be wrong??

Have u tried reducing the flow at the tap to see if the temperature increases as the boiler will have a 36 degree rise at about 9l/min and incoming mains will be cold, u could also check the 22mm pipes when water running to check if heat is passing down to rads, could also be thermistor fault or blocked plate heat exchanger.
